Shipping Policy

Processing time

Our warehouse is based in Jacksonville, FL. We aim to process your order within 1 working day after you make the purchase. 

 

US orders

In the US, we offer FREE Standard Shipping with the delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Please note that for GOATneon cases, delivery times are 15-20 days both in the US and Internationally. 

 

International orders

For international orders we use DHL service that offers tracking information. Delivery time varies by country, however normally it takes 5-10 working days to deliver to Canada and Europe and 10-15 workings days to Australia and New Zealand. International delivery is $9.99. 

Taxes & Duties for the EU and UK customers

If you are based in the EU or the UK, you will be charged VAT during the purchase and you do not need to worry about any further taxes or import duties. 

Taxes & Duties for all other international customers

If you are based anywhere else, you will not be charged any sales taxes or import duties on our website and we are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees. That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

Shipping Insurance

We offer Route Shipping Insurance for all of our customers as it provides you with a full peace of mind that in an unlikely event that your order is lost or stolen, you can quickly receive a refund or a replacement. Claims are considered "lost" after 7 days without a tracking status update (20 for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
